Heavy rains did not stop Bellas like me from prettifying ourselves on the BDJ Box Beauty Social: Camp Gorgeous held at the SM North Edsa Skydome last Sept. 19, 2014. The BDJ Box Beauty Social has become a gathering of beauty enthusiasts to discover new beauty trends and talk to beauty gurus. It has also become an avenue of beauty brands to showcase their new products. Usually, there are talks for the pre-registered participants and booths wherein walk-in are free to roam around to get to know more about the featured brands. I came in early in the event that is why I had time to roam around the booths before my scheduled talks. Let's check what the partner brands prepared for the Bellas. I'm a late bloomer when it comes to makeup that is why one of my goals this year is to learn how to prettify myself. I found an opportunity to attend another beauty workshop when Ms. Christine of All About Beauty 101 posted about the Shiseido Golden Balancing Workshop . I immediately signed up hoping to try the Shiseido products. The Shiseido Golden Balancing Workshop was held last July 4-6 at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall. I'm a newbie when it comes to makeup especially on the eyes. I would practice everyday but always end up with having only powder and lipstick on my face. When BDJ Box announced that Shu Uemura would have a Drawing Pencil Workshop, I signed up immediately. The event was held last June 28 and 29, 2014 on four venues, Alabang Town Center, Rustan's Makati, Shangri-la Mall and Powerplant Mall. I was able to arrive early in Rustan's Makati that I had the chance to take pictures on the Shu Uemura counter.  Shu Uemura's workshop showcases their newly launched product, their Drawing Eyeliners.
